Property management with direction

True North Property Partners provides residential lettings and property management across Blackpool, Fylde, Wyre and the surrounding areas.

From finding the right tenant to managing an established portfolio, our services are designed to protect your investment, reduce the demands on your time and give you a clear view of what is happening with your property.

Rent Collection

Professional oversight of your rental income while you remain responsible for managing the property and tenant.

We collect the rent, provide clear landlord statements, monitor payments and follow up promptly if rent is missed.

Our compliance notification service also lets you know when key statutory documents, including your Landlord Gas Safety Record or Electrical Installation Condition Report, are approaching renewal.

Property Investment & Portfolio Support

Our involvement does not have to begin once you already own the property.

We can help you consider potential investment opportunities through the eyes of an experienced managing agent, including likely rental demand, achievable rent, tenant appeal and any practical issues that could affect the property’s ‘curb appeal’.

If you are purchasing or refurbishing a rental property, we can also provide practical input on works, presentation, compliance and readiness for the rental market.

Whether you are buying your first rental property or growing an established portfolio, our advice is grounded in local knowledge and the realities of managing rental homes.

Switching to True North

Changing letting agents does not need to become another job for you to manage.

If your property is already tenanted or managed elsewhere, we can explain the process, liaise with your current agent and help coordinate the transfer.

We will work to obtain the tenancy records, keys, deposit information, compliance documentation and financial details needed for the handover, while keeping you informed about anything that remains outstanding.

We will also communicate clearly with your tenant so they know who is managing the property, where future rent should be paid and who they should contact.
